Tivol, established in 1910, is not only Kansas City’s premier jeweler, but one of its most iconic and beloved brands. With two locations, Tivol’s reputation for outstanding quality, service, and cutting-edge design has made them a national name in the jewelry business.
In 2012, Tivol engaged us to design a new website and handle their search engine marketing. Tivol had a great history of advertising, but needed to secure their next generation of customers. While Tivol’s core customers are incredibly loyal, they wanted to expand their audience to include people who have perhaps never shopped for luxury jewelry before.
To help Tivol expand their audience and appear more approachable, we established a multidimensional brand strategy that included evolving the look-and-feel of their brand and creating a new feature-rich website. The website, intelligently built to display differently depending on the device it’s being viewed on, allows their audience to experience the entirety of Tivol’s brand, services, and product line without visiting a store.
