Outdated and difficult to maintain, the Academy Bank website was overdue for an overhaul. Top desired improvements included updating the brand, rewriting all material, implementing mobile-friendly design and development, increasing SEO, and building a content management system to make updates easier. Between its personal, business, and commercial audiences, the bank had three separate sets of objectives and content needs, not to mention various other business objectives from internal departments we needed to balance.
