KVC Health Systems is a national leader in mental health and child welfare.

They’re committed to enriching the lives of families through medical and behavioral healthcare, social services, and education. This includes in-home family strengthening services, foster care, adoption, mental health treatment, and in-patient children’s psychiatric treatment.

With locations in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Kentucky, and West Virginia, they’ve been able to positively impact the lives of more than 304,000 people.

Their brand and digital presence needed to better reflect their presence in the lives of local families.

When we first met KVC in 2013, they were struggling to accurately represent their organization after decades of growth.

A comprehensive brand analysis helped identify what was most important to communicate, and we dove in with a new logo, website, message strategy, and visual identity to be implemented across all locations.

In the years since then, we’ve aided in the brand’s continual evolution with ongoing website support, social media planning, marketing automation, collateral creation, and digital advertising.

Our work fostered immense change.

Website traffic more than tripled between 2016 and 2023 — increasing 337% — and digital ads have resulted in over 1.2 million impressions and 10,000 conversions over the course of our relationship.

This means more potential employees, foster families, referrals to help kids in need, and donors to keep programs going. The number of foster family homes in Kansas and West Virginia had gone up 78% heading into the spring of 2020.
