KVC Health Systems is a national organization with locations in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Kentucky and West Virginia. An integrated human service provider, they are committed to enriching the lives of children and families through medical and behavioral health care, social services and education. As a part of these services, they operate the child welfare services for many of the states listed above.
KVC hired us due to a communication problem. After decades of growth, their brand and marketing message were no longer representative of the size of their organization or the services they provide, and this was negatively affecting their ability to raise awareness and increase recognition. For KVC to move forward as an organization, their brand, message and collateral needed a complete overhaul.
To help KVC better communicate who they are and what they do, we did a comprehensive brand analysis, identified what was most essential to communicate, and established a clear way to do so through the key visual and verbal aspects of their brand. Even though their services vary, we tied them together through a unique and creative visual system that highlights what motivates the organization as a whole.
